We interviewed (using clean language questions) a group of cross work domain exemplars within the organization, including the CEO, Kevin Young.


Our animation team created stylized puppets of each person to bring to life the numerous threads of story and expertise, as well as highlighted sections of pattern-detected narrative.  Specific videos were used prior to engaging a culture and innovation scan, that is powered by Sensemaker and licensed to Frontline Mind.


To gather quantitative and qualitative information about culture and innovation across the whole organization.


Scans and surveys can often fall short of providing insight, due to less than optimal user engagement.
